Sure Level International has just established a joint venture agreement to manufacture a range of construction chemicals for the building industry with the El Fath Group, for the immediate construction of the Sure Level Egypt plant located in downtown Cairo, and plans have been agreed to establish operations in Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan during the latter part of 2010. Sure Level is very pleased to be working with the El Fath Group as part of our world wide expansion.
